Breakfast:

Breakfast is personally prepared and served by owner.
Available mornings from 7am to 8:30am  (can be served earlier on request).

General information:

Check in time from 14H00.
Check out time is at 10H00.
Reception Hours are from 14h00 – 20h00.
Please notify us should you be arriving earlier/ Later so we can make alternative arrangements.

Confirmation Policy

To confirm your reservation we require a 70% deposit of total of the accommodation.

Payment details

A 70% deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Full payment is required on arrival.
Final payment can be made via EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel on arrival or a no show – The full extent of stay may be levied.
• In the event of premature departure – The full extent of stay, which was booked and    confirmed, may be charged.
• Cancel 0-14 days before date of arrival – Full deposit paid is forfeited and the balance for the extent of the stay may be charged.
• Cancel 15 days or more before dates or arrival – 75% of deposit paid or 70% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited
• Deposit refunds will only be paid effected after 30 days.

Child Policy

No children under 10 Years
Children 10 an over will be charged as adults
